421 Exhaust Manifold

Developed in response to demand for a balance between peak power and torque. Spoon implemented various combinations of pipe diameter, assembly rotation, and other similar factors in exhaustive engine-bench, flow-bench, and actual-driving tests. The power and torque were successfully balanced and using slightly uneven lengths for pipes, further reducing considerable weight.

Exhaust Manifold

For power and balance, a 4 in 2 layout be adopted to exhaust manifolds for B16A, 1,600cc, 263mm block-height. The clever design of the interior of the 2in1 genuine part product ensures that a wide torque band performs well over the range of practical driving speed. This manifold is highly recommended for use in races. Please note that exhaust manifold replacement often leads to a loss of torque in the low speed range, and the cause of this usually is using other inferior aftermarket parts.

Tail silencer (N1)

Available in the street type for added torque. Use the N1 type for extra sense of power.

4 in 2 Exhaust Manifold

With a displacement volume of 1,600 cc, the 4-2-1 headers has low torque in the low speed range. All of Spoon's exhaust manifolds use the "far"-insert production method to eliminate port level differences. These components are manufactured through skillful assembly and TIG welding techniques. With its light nose, this exhaust manifold guarantees excellent handling.

N1 Muffler Kit for S2000

Extensive test at extremely high speed to measure exhaust-gas pressure for flow-volume. Acheived efficient gas flow at high temperature.
